Before leaving Taipei, I had a few hours to do some last minute sight seeing. Sunrise in the middle of Taiwan

One of the most beautiful view I encountered in Taiwan. Feb 8, 2009

Normally, you wouldn’t see me running around at 6 o’clock in the morning. However, this is something all the tourist do at Mount Ali (Alishan) in Taiwan. We all came to Mount Ali for the same reason: to get up to the summit and see the sunrise. Therefore I set my alarm clock and left my bed when the sky was still dark. I wasn’t alone, pretty much every tourist in this little village came out from every hotel there.
